Working with my personal trainer has been a wonderful and pleasant experience for me.

I had to loose weight due to having some health issues and in order to get a total knee replacement that I needed. I lost over 40 pounds in 3 months and even beat the goal that my Dr. set for me! I did not see the weight coming off, but others did. I truly believe in myself now, but still want to lose about 40 to 50 more pounds.

With Rob’s help I will live my life to its’ fullest! Rob dose care for the people he works with and I will continue working with him. I thank Rob for his time and all he dose. I consider him not only my trainer, but a friend as well.

If I can do it, so can America...
and so can you!

I have a competitive side and wanted to pursue the sport of power lifting, but I didn't know how to "become" the lifter that I pictured myself being.

Then one day I met Rob after a meet. I was pretty nervous but asked him about how to get started and the basics. He was so incredibly easy to talk to. He even invited me to train with him and his group so I could learn the ropes. The first day that I went to train with him I felt like it was my first day back in a gym ... Didn't know anything! But Rob was incredibly patient with me. He walked me through the basics and answered all my questions. And I tend to ask a lot of questions. :)

I think the most important thing that he has taught me is that I have to be patient! When I first started lifting I thought I would progress in leaps and bounds and kick everyone’s butt. Well I found out how hard that is and was ready to throw in the towel after my first big flop.

Since I've been working with Rob he has shown me that this sport, as any sport, takes time and dedication to reach the top. With his help I've found the right path towards my goals. I have learned to "become" a lifter and not just say that I am.

I am still working out with Rob and Chip and they are helping me progress towards my first short term goal, the regional record. From there…well who knows?

There are a lot of records to be broken!
