Strength Training Seminar
- Dec 4, 2010 -- We had a great time today at the American Renaissance Middle School in Statesville, NC. We conducted an FSS Clinic on Box Squatting. Thanks to all of you who came out and participated. We enjoyed working with the youngsters and as always we learned a lot. Hope you picked up a few helpful things as well. Check out the pics....
